Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is as important to us as a reliable compass is to your wilderness navigation.
Important Exceptions:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hats & Gloves (unless unworn with original tags)
- Final Sale Items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
- Personalized/Customized Gear
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached—just as you’d expect to find them in our basecamp.
